Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle in-house payroll process using Timesoft, ensuring accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
- Perform timesheet calculations and coordinate with Operations on attendance and leave matters.
- Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing, and government claims (e.g., paid leave, NS claims).
- Collaborate with Finance for payroll closing, GL posting, and payroll reconciliations.
- Address staff payroll-related queries and support HR audits and projects.
- Prepare monthly manpower costing reports and perform cost analysis.
- Submit statutory reports and surveys to authorities.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of payroll experience, with overseas payroll knowledge (Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia) being a plus.
- Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, Employment Act, and HR practices.
- Proficient in Times Software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills to meet tight payroll deadlines.
