**Payroll Executive shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.**
Payroll Executive reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work independently.
Payroll Executive will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims and incentive claim for processing.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.
- Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance
- Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems
- Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR.
- Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance
- CPF Contribution
- Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
- Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)
- Compile salary data monthly for Senior Management.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Head of HR
