Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Financial Services Institution Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. This role focuses on engaging with financial institutions and traditional industries that are exploring blockchain and crypto solutions, offering ChainUp's comprehensive product suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to financial institutions, an understanding of the evolving fintech landscape, and the ability to build lasting relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within financial institutions and traditional industries looking to adopt blockchain solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within financial services companies, ensuring client satisfaction and opportunities for expansion.
  • Product Presentation & Solution Selling: Present ChainUp's product offerings, including crypto exchanges, custody, and compliance solutions, to clients, highlighting the benefits tailored to their industry needs.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively driving sales processes and closing deals with financial institutions.
  • Market Research & Insights: Analyze trends within the financial services sector and use insights to refine sales strategies and identify emerging client needs.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to financial clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably serving financial institutions or fintech clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a complex sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto solutions, and their application within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-moving and evolving industry.
