JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the meeting agenda and arrange meetings
- Taking Minutes for all meetings
- Handling correspondence for Managing Director
- Receiving guests and customers.
- Handling managing director's customer
- All ad-hoc tasks are assigned as and when by directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Bilingual
- Organized, energetic, proactive with the ability to multi-task, and takes on new responsibilities with a ' can-do' attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
