Roles & Responsibilities

Partnering with an internationally renowned biotechnological enterprise of 33-years in integrating enhanced research and development, production, sales and service of high-tech ecological green fast moving consumer healthcare products for millions of consumers. Currently headquartering in Singapore, and as part of business expansion the company is seeking for Talented Business Associate and Product Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the rules of direct selling platform/chain store system operation, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and gather insights and reports to guide marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute direct sales or chain store development and services through email, social media, trade events, and other channels to generate leads and target customers.
  • Build good customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
  • Be proficient in providing customers with companies, products, models and systems, and be able to provide systematic support to customers.
  • Achieves sales targets and contributes to the company's revenue growth.
  • Works closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximized results, and is proficient in organizing meetings and training sessions to increase customer awareness.
  • Temporary duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent related qualification.
  • More than 3-years working experience Ideally in Business/ TCM/ Healthcare/ Biotechnology/ Marketing/ Lifesciences. Direct selling industry is bonus.
  • Experience in direct sales or chain store marketing in overseas markets outside of China and corresponding resources.
