Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a suite of services provided by our telecommunications partner. This is an entry-level role, and no prior experience in sales is required. If you're a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning and growing within a sales environment, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career.

You will be trained to understand our products and services, develop sales strategies, and interact with potential customers. Your role will include generating leads, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Actively prospect new business opportunities and generate leads for telecom services.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our telco partner to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce services, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in presenting product/service offerings to clients, demonstrating how they can meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and persistence.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required: We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key in sales. Ability to present ideas concisely and persuasively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets and success, with a drive to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on providing positive experience for customers and building long-term relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
