Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service to clients and guests both in-person and over the phone.
  • Maintain front desk, pantry, and meeting rooms to company standards.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, assist with video conferencing, and ensure necessary equipment is available.
  • Provide hospitality support, including serving drinks and refreshments.
  • Handle general administrative tasks like office supply management, event coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with health, safety, and risk management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist in a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
