Client is a facility management company in Singapore seeking to hire a Receptionist

Your new role

  • Basic receptionist tasks (greeting people, offering drinks, directing people to meeting rooms)
  • Keeping the reception desk, meeting rooms and any other communal area clean
  • Mail management
  • Phone calls
  • Issuing access pass
  • Monitoring reception inbox
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc tasks/enquiries from client
  • Assist with other administrative duties required by the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to use windows efficiently
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
