Receptionist Position in Fitness and Wellness Company


Locations: Raffles and HarbourFront


Shifts:

  • AM Shift: Early morning to 3 PM
  • Midday Shift: 12 Noon to 9 PM


Work Hours: 9 hours per day with 1-hour break, including half-day on Saturday, making a total of 44 hours per week.


Job Description:


Client-Facing Role:


  • Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Build rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
  • Handle incoming personal training inquiries and pass them on to the relevant sales consultants.
  • Respond to and handle client concerns/complaints, working with the General Manager to resolve them.
  • Monitor client attendance and session expiry dates to ensure session consumption is maximized, highlighting clients with sessions expiring within 1 month.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and other items to clients and visitors, including protein shakes.
  • Follow up with clients for renewal and those on installment plans for timely payment.
  • Issue correct invoices for new sales and renewals, and email them to clients.
  • Log in sales for new clients and renewals accurately on the CRM system.
  • Assist the General Manager in reallocation of clients when the assigned Trainer is on leave.
  • Generate, maintain, and circulate automated reports related to new sales, renewals, account balances, session count, etc.


Admin Role:


  • Ensure all parts of the Gym, including air conditioning systems, water coolers, etc., are maintained and in optimal working condition by liaising with appropriate vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure all consumables, including beverages, snacks, toiletries, and cosmetic products, are well stocked in advance.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of all areas of the Gym, including the toilets, by guiding and directing the assigned cleaning team.
