Channel Marketing Manager APAC

Your mission
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for the APAC region to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple APAC markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing knowledge and skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage online and offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, trade shows, reseller/Channel marketing, content marketing, etc). Customize strategies for different markets in APAC region
- Digital & Offline Marketing LeadershipManage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Facebook) and SEO efforts.
Oversee content marketing (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos). - Drive trade show participation, reseller co-marketing, and industry partnerships.
- Budget & Performance ManagementDevelop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports on key metrics (ROI, lead generation, brand awareness).
Optimize marketing spend based on data-driven insights - Reseller & Partner MarketingSupport resellers with co-marketing programs, sales enablement, and localized content.
- Align marketing initiatives with regional sales teams to increase product adoption.
- Team & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) and external agencies.
- Provide guidance to local marketing coordinators in different markets.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- At least 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a regional role.
- Strong background in B2B digital marketing and strategy.
- Experience managing multi-country campaigns and understanding market nuances.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical skills—ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Willing to accept feedback and guidance, while also taking initiative to improve strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Nice to have:Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or technology sector.
- Previous exposure to working with resellers, distributors, and trade shows.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite) for content creation.
