**Channel Innovation Manager APAC**

The Channel Innovation Manager develops a compelling digital innovation vision to create market-leading channel partner experiences and drive a distinct competitive advantage for Bayer Crop Science. The role will lead regional efforts to establish comprehensive channel engagement and growth strategies, embracing advanced analytics, digital communication and automation. The role also coordinates innovative channel and sales models that drive greater reach and engagement while reducing cost to serve and supportive Bayer Crop Science growth objectives in the APAC region.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop a deep understanding of channel partner goals and challenges to guide the development of mutually beneficial solutions. Work with the Customer Insights lead to monitor and map channel partner insights and experiences.
- Work collaboratively across functions (including commercial, product supply and marketing) to design optimal customer experience journeys for our channel partners (across multiple channel layers) and the strategies to support delivery.
- Define systems and processes to support channel growth objectives using digital automation, to enable cross-sell and upsell tactics, new customer acquisition strategies and loyalty incentives.
- Support strategic channel partnership objectives through development of integrated planning systems and drive partner effectiveness through relevant product info, marketing content and training delivery solutions.
- Coordinate innovation efforts to test new route to market options in small holder countries, assess their impact, scalability and viability. Drive long term model definitions and growth strategies for proven concepts.
- Working with sales and customer service functions, assess options to digitize and automate channel service and sales models to drive efficient reach and CTS objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and new practices to enhance program processes and maintain overall competitiveness within the marketplace

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Degree qualified
- Knowledge of agribusiness and commercial experience
- Understanding of channel & demand creation
- Strong analytical mindset and skills, with ability to translate KPIs into tactical actions and recommendations
- Influencing senior stakeholders

**This position has the flexibility to be based across APAC**
