**Job Description**:

- The Regional Channels & Alliances Manager will work with both indirect and direct sales channels throughout the ASEAN Regions, reporting to the Head of Channels & Alliances for APAC, recruiting, enabling, and supporting a network of partners in order to drive partner-sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.
- You will be accountable for developing a strategy to generate an incremental sales pipeline, increasing efficiency via sales and technical enablement, joint marketing, and post-sales support, and demonstrating how to sell the value of Neo4j.
- In this position, you will split your time in the following areas:

- 20% Identify and develop new partners
- 40% Develop GTM with Channels partners in the region that contribute to ARR and pipeline
- 40% Develop GTM and maintain strong co-sell relationships with Cloud Partners in the region
- Own a New and Expansion ARR quota and pipeline creation goal in the region.
- Support the refinement and execution of the partner onboarding and training program appropriate for the region that will lead partners to achieve objectives: such as business/sales plan and lead generation.
- Develop and manage the indirect channel through partners and alliances with alignment to the regional direct channel and Neo4j’s strategy.
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline with partners’ sales, business development, and marketing teams in the region, coordinating with Neo4j marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and other teams as appropriate.

What You'll Do:

- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline through our Partners, Regional System Integrators, and Cloud Partners
- Work with our Enterprise Sales team to close businesses, to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
- Building the business plan with the partners, GTM motions, and executing the plan
- Managing the partner relationship, aligning all stakeholders, and driving new revenue
- Provide thought leadership and presentations to and with our partners to drive engagement, enablement, and pipeline

**Requirements**:

- University academic degree
- 5 years of experience in Channels & Alliance Management
- Relevant experience in the database, business intelligence, and/or data analytics industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in different time zones
- Strong presentation and communication skills and demonstrate strong stakeholder management
- Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on pipeline, conversion, revenue, and other sales goals
- Analytically, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
- Demonstrate aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility with a high EQ and self-awareness
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, and Partner Relationship Management systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel to events throughout the region (up to 30% travel)
- Languages: Fluent in English and one other ASEAN language

Expected results and success metrics:

- Quantifiable improvements in commercial performance by partner and channel, including pipeline growth, velocity, and ARR closed by quarter and by year.
