Operation Development Manager(HR)

Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth research on industry management practices to inform and support strategic management decisions.
· Design comprehensive organizational diagnosis models and perform data analysis to assess the impact of organizational changes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement OD-related projects, such as annual promotions, performance appraisals, talent reviews, and other key management initiatives.
· Develop tailored solutions to address specific organizational development challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
· Lead key organizational development projects, including benchmarking research, organizational positioning, and driving reform initiatives across regions.
· Oversee the annual staffing budget process, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
· Conduct detailed research on front-line organizational capabilities and lead the development and execution of related action plans.
· Design and implement corporate culture frameworks that foster a positive work environment, drawing on employee and customer feedback.
· Formulate and monitor performance assessment plans at the regional level, focusing on business outcomes, satisfaction metrics, and market expansion.
Spearhead the development of incentive programs that drive innovation, performance, and overall employee engagement.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in organizational development, with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale OD projects and initiatives.
· Strong expertise in data analysis, organizational design, and management practices that drive strategic decision-making.
· Solid track record in managing staffing budgets, performance management systems, and leading organizational reform efforts.
· Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations tailored to business needs.
· Expertise in corporate culture development, with a strong understanding of employee satisfaction, customer feedback, and organizational health.
· Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
· Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A relevant Master's degree or higher; prior experience working in large, complex organizations is highly desirable
