Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to take charge of our existing business in power bank rental service, ensuring growth and expansion in Singapore. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage key relationships, drive new business opportunities, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong account management, negotiation, and team leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of retail and SMB partnerships and co-sharing services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company’s existing power bank rental businesses by developing new installation locations for our power bank service including by using external agencies for the expansion.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new merchants/location for power bank rental service and attain the company’s growth KPIs.

- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of a sales team to increase rental revenue and expand our power bank network.

- Identify new business opportunities in line with the company’s expansion strategy and ensure a steady pipeline of potential partners.

- Work closely with internal teams to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and streamline business processes.

- Analyze market trends, track performance data, and provide strategic insights to management for business growth.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent.

- 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development.

- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious revenue and partnership targets.

- Experience in power bank-sharing, co-sharing services, gift card distribution, or digital payment solutions is an advantage.

- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in budgeting, contract negotiations, and business analytics is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
