The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth through strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for building relationships with partners, understanding their target audiences, solutions focus areas, workloads, and verticals to identify campaign opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop demand generation campaigns to be leveraged at scale via channel partners, including online and in-person events, email, social, and digital promotion tactics.
- Manage platform where channel partners will self-serve campaign assets.
- Drive awareness and adoption of campaign assets via enablement collateral, email nurture, webinars, and other activities.
- Manage performance of campaigns, including identifying and tracking key performance indicators, collecting feedback, and identifying campaign optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing, Alliance Marketing or Partner Marketing.
- Experience in developing partner-facing programs, strong experience in managing and influencing multiple partners of varied sizes to execute on shared goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build & execute a marketing strategy with clear goals & objectives to align to partner sales objectives and support growth targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
