Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Oversee all business development aspects of strategic partnerships in Singapore, with a primary focus on driving sales revenue and lead generation.
  • Balance sales support, partner management, and sales training to grow the sales funnel effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its channel partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage the local Channel Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to established sales guidelines.
  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
  • Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with Huawei's partners; to include managing the RFP process.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading teams within the ICT sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in channel partner operations and channel policy development.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, including in-depth knowledge of customers, competitors, suppliers, and the broader business landscape.
  • Proven ability in business administration and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with overseas and local Chinese speaking associates
