HR Assistant Executive

Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation, including personal files (P-Files), is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
- Help with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Help with the planning and execution of company events, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations.
- Support the HR team in employee relations and performance management activities.
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and Singapore labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
