*About the Role*:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated assistant to support our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and will require handling key HR and operations matters. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate needs, think strategically, and act swiftly. If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys structure, and is flexible enough to handle varied tasks and hours, we want to hear from you.


*Key Responsibilities*:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and plan accordingly to ensure smooth workflow.

- Coordinate and manage internal communications and follow up on action items.

- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting in performance management processes.

- Assist in operations management, including vendor coordination, procurement, office management, and liaising with departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the executive team.


*Qualifications*:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to F&B HR and operations.

- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to tasks and problem-solving.

- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

- Ability to think ahead, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
