Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
  • Manage employee data, including payroll, benefits, and performance records.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues
