Document andStorage Management:
- Organize and maintain the facilities document managementsystem.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, andretrieval of important facility-related documents.
- Oversee the organization and management of storagefacilities.
- Maintain accurate inventory ofstored items.
- Implement efficient storagesolutions and space utilizationstrategies.
StationeryManagement:
- Manage theprocurement, storage, and distribution of officestationery.
- Maintain inventory and reordersupplies asneeded.
FacilitiesSupport:
- Assist withcleaning inspections and zoning.
- Helpcoordinate Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) scheduling forvarious systems and ad-hoc repairs.
- Supportthe management of the facilities helpdesk.
- Assist with meeting room and event setupservices.
Reportingand Coordination:
- Helpprepare and submit various FM-related reports.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and landlords asneeded.
- Support the facilities team inutilities reporting.
