Job Title: Administrative Assistant ManagerEstimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Filing: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all company records, including payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Source materials and equipment, manage inventory levels, and maintain purchasing price lists.
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, handle petty cash, and perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, answer phone calls, and respond to queries in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable: Proficient in managing accounts payable and ensuring accurate processing of payments.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Inventory Management: Knowledgeable in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Experienced in sourcing materials and equipment, negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships.
