About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at the International French School (Singapore) Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the direction of our school and contributing to the success of our students.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the direction's activities, including managing schedules, filtering enquiries from parents/teachers/students, handling communication with parents/teachers/students, attending educational board meetings, and ensuring regular correspondence with the different administrative departments.
In addition, the candidate will be required to handle follow-up of administrative and educational files of students, ensure the administrative and pedagogical follow-up of teachers, and assist in the Exam Department by conducting mock and actual exams, organizing internship report presentations, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of validated higher education in management assistance or equivalent, with former experience in management assistance. Proficiency in office tools and education tools such as EDUKA and EDT would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, precision, sense of organisation, and efficiency are essential. The ability to work in a team, discretion, and proficiency in French and English (written and oral) are also required.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid leave.
