About the Role

We are looking for a MarTech & CRM Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our CRM and marketing technology strategy. This role will drive customer engagement, improve lifecycle marketing, and ensure seamless integration between our marketing and sales platforms.

Additionally, you will support content strategy and planning, ensuring CRM-driven content aligns with customer journeys and engagement goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams to manage a content calendar for targeted campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to enhance customer lifecycle engagement, segmentation, cross-selling and personalization.
  • Oversee CRM data quality, governance, and segmentation for targeted and automated communications.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of CRM usage across marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
MarTech Stack Management & Integration
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Ensure seamless integration across email marketing, social media, digital advertising, web analytics, and employee advocacy platforms (e.g., Emplify, LinkedIn, Sprinklr etc).
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance CRM functionalities and troubleshoot integration challenges.

Marketing Automation, Content & Campaign Execution

  • Design, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Implement lead scoring models and nurture campaigns to support conversion goals.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and maintain a content calendarfor CRM-driven communications, including emails, newsletters, and in-app messaging.
  • Ensure content aligns with audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, and personalization strategies.

Data & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop CRM dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Work with data teams to maintain clean, structured, and privacy-compliant CRM data.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with sales, customer service, and product teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct training and best practice sharing to improve CRM adoption and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with MarTech vendors, ensuring effective use of tools and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or digital marketing, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with content strategy and planning, particularly for CRM-driven communications.
  • Experience working with API integrations, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations for marketing and business teams.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or other SF product is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, etc.) is a plus.
