Job Profile Summary:
This role requires a hybrid professional with technology and integrated marketing skills who is goal driven, able to lead strategy for digital customer acquisition and experience.
With the consumer shift in trends toward digitalisation, we need to continue to innovate and create impactful digital experiences for our customers and help them in their journey of living well.
The role will keep up with the latest Marketing Performance tools and technologies, focusing on developing and driving a data-driven approach the efforts of the marketing team.
The role is tasked to create effective Marketing Performance and Martech processes, to enable capabilities to target specific demographics and user groups for excellent media buying campaigns, and to champion the overall Performance Marketing approach for the company.
**Job Description**:
- Drive the Performance Marketing campaigns across teams to achieve revenue business goals.
- Development and implementation of the Performance strategy for the company in line with the overall marketing strategy to help achieve the strategic goals of the company.
- Derive measurement framework to define optimal or positive return of spends/investments (ROMI, ROAS, ROI, etc) across the marketing funnel.
- Manage the relationship with external agencies to drive cost savings and efficiency focusing on AdTech/MarTech stack (Ad Tech, CRM, Digital Analytics, CMS).
- Plan and oversee social media, content and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage and work with media agencies and digital agencies to plan, develop and execute brand, product and other communication campaigns on the digital medium.
- Plan and oversee leads generation campaign and lead management experience within the organization.
- Ensure that Performance measurement framework is in place - to analyze ongoing digital campaigns, owned digital media channels and social media initiatives to track performance and provide insights for optimization of campaigns.
- Work closely with the strategic marketing and other teams for executing integrated campaigns.

- Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding with an ability to bridge marketing personnel.
- Strong technical expertise of marketing tech stack and must be able to implement and execute self
- service insights and campaign delivery.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns with short lead times. Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems. Understand performance/direct response marketing, test design, and integrated concepts.
- Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, social media, Content Marketing, and Google Analytics
- Those with little or no experience in SEO, usage of Adwords tool and programmatic media buying are welcome to apply
- Background in financial industries is NOT required
**Education**:
- Degree with at least 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing with the knowledge of Google Adwords, analytics, SEO and SEM, remarketing and programmatic media buying
