As an **Associate Digital Project Manager**, you'll support the seamless execution of digital projects while developing your skills in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute to cutting-edge solutions that make a tangible impact.

**Your Role**:

- Work with Senior Project Managers to plan and execute digital projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Update and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources using tools like Asana or Trello.
- Serve as a key contact for day-to-day client communications and project updates.
- Support the preparation of key project documents, including timelines, statements of work (SOW), and meeting minutes.
- Participate in project kickoffs, team meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and escalate them to senior team members for resolution.
- Learn and implement project management best practices for documentation, stakeholder communication, and task management.
- Contribute to regional campaigns requiring coordination across Southeast Asian markets and multi-language platforms.

**What We Look For**:

- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress or Sitefinity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- A proactive attitude, coupled with a passion for learning and growing in digital project management.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Deliver a minimum of 3 projects per quarter on time and within budget.
- Maintain a 90% adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Achieve positive feedback scores from internal stakeholders and clients.
