**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and capable Project Manager to join our dynamic digital consulting team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the planning and execution of technology and data-focused projects for a wide range of external clients. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, digital strategy, and client delivery—managing cross-functional teams and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and value.

This role is ideal for someone with a knowledge in full-stack technology or data analytics, a genuine curiosity for digital transformation, and a proven ability to manage both people and projects with mínimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital consulting projects for external clients across industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, understanding business needs, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and guide internal teams (developers, analysts, UX designers, consultants) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Define project scopes, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality—flagging issues early and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Host regular client check-ins, team stand-ups, and project reviews.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date, organized, and client-ready.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the consulting team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of project management experience in a digital, technology, or data consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, software development processes, and data analytics workflows.
- Experience managing external clients and working in a fast-paced, services-driven environment.
- Confident communicator—able to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and stay ahead of trends in digital and analytics consulting.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprints.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Exposure to digital transformation projects, cloud technologies, or data visualisation tools.
- PMP or Scrum certification is a bonus but not required.
