You will have the opportunity to recommend digital marketing channels and appropriate marketing strategies that will contribute to the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness. *Tiktok would be a bonus
- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness, enhance social media presence.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform, including Lazada, Shopee and Amazon
- Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out to more new potential customers.
- Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors and influencers.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management.
- Understand key USPs across brands and products to identify target audience and create customized retargeting approach to increase reach and product consideration.

**Requirements**:

- Effective interpersonal skills and well-organised.
- A team player and ability to work independently without supervision.
- Possess strong analytical skills and willing to take new challenges.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- At least one year working experience in related field.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
