Singapore Synergy Marketing Pte Ltd Full time

We welcome a self-driven individual to spearhead marketing strategy and to produce content, engage and grow our property development business. You should be excited by entrepreneurship and be comfortable using your own initiative to plan and execute strategies to generate business leads.

Your Responsibilities
- Creation of content (static & video) to promote our property development
- Develop digital and social media marketing content to grow brand awareness
- Digital content creation management (coordinate copywriter, designer, motion graphics, video production house)
- Manage SEO/SEM to increase brand visibility and searches
- Monitor the impact of marketing plans using marketing analytics
- Analyse customer experience/ engagement across touch-points and provide recommendations for improving account management & business development
- Research and plan webinars/seminars
- Work with founder to drive the lead generation process and evaluate the quality of leads generated
- Social Media ad management (facebook, youtube, instagram, tik-tok, linked-in) for all customers/startups
- Google Adwords management for all customers/startups
- Identify industry trends and insights
- Work with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Cross-manage various marketplace platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Dip/Deg or equivalent in Media, Communications, Advertising or Marketing
- Experienced and knowledgeable about content operations
- Hands-on execution experience towards creation and publishing of digital content
- Good visual sense, familiar with video editing software, graphic design
- Enthusiastic about technology with a good amount of tech-savviness
- Experienced or keen interest to work in a Start-Up in early stage
