**Objective of role**:
- Ensure efficiency and consistency of retail processes across all SEA/AU stores.
- Oversees the CRM department with key focus on data accuracy, clienteling actions and service excellence.
**Key accountabilities**:
- CRM
- Work with global team and marketing to conceptualize CRM strategies
- Analyse CRM data and work with Marketing and Operations to propose effective initiatives
- iPhone app project - CRM initiative
- To work closely with Store Managers to enhance client experience to achieve and maintain brand loyalty (i.e. Monthly VIP spent report, purchased products)
- Works closely with merchandising and marcomms to identify key product launches to reach out to the right target audience (Using existing database with upcoming launches to attract right customers)
- Support stores events or collection launches with client listings and gifting initiatives. (i.e. sourcing of gifting products, follow up with HQ on guidelines and roll out, VIPs’ birthday and seasonal gifting)
