Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Improve data quality on Salesforce to 90% accuracy
- Achieve accuracy of data by educating all CRM users on the significance of the data posted on CRM and how it converts to the dashboards which then allows the business to make the right decisions

Develop and report Client-Focused Analytics that drive future and current backlog
- Develop and make available client analysis and metrics forecasting report

Enhance and perfect reporting through accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Report Accuracy and modelling - submit structured reports timely that are quality checked and error free with checks and balances for the accuracy of the data and ensure duplication is avoided

Enhanced CRM dashboards
- Improve the engagement of business leaders by developing simplified Salesforce dashboards for each core area of the business allowing tracking of progress with targets and budget for FY, shortfall and enabling clarity on the next steps to achieve targets

Key Account Management Support and Change Management
- Ensure the KAM teams support the business needs and achieve set targets for key clients. Provide interface between business management, marketing & proposals, data capture and resulting reporting and data availability.

Show your expertise
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 6 years relevant experience in similar position/function
- Experience in CRM data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
- Highly motivated and used to work independently as well as in global teams
- Knowledge and/or working experience in a manufacturing or project-based engineering and construction environment would be an advantage
- Semiconductor industry background would be welcome but not mandatory
