
CRM Data Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Design, lead, manage, monitor projects to improve CRM data related programs.
- Work within the Asia-Pacific CRM Operations team and Internal Communications team to plan, develop and communicate, UAT scheduled programmes, CRM updates and outages.
- Manage and plan the Global CRM
- Work within CRM Operations team to manage and prioritize Region / Area and Service Line related enhancement requests, concerns and issues.
- Manage and assist the CRM Operations team and CRM related initiatives, including; deliverables / resourcing / capacity / schedules /Communications.
- Support CRM reporting solutions and processes using databases, reports and tools.
- Manage CRM data programs and processes to manage expectations of end-users and the issues experienced. To ensure any program down-time and disruption is kept to a minimum.
- Work with Region and Market Segment Leadership and BD teams across Asia-Pacific to understand, define and drive improved business performance by leveraging high quality pipeline data and using the data to coach the business.
- Act as a key liaison for Asia-Pacific BD / CRM involvement and other Markets programs.
- Initiate, build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build cross-geography relationships, where necessary, to leverage existing Global/Area best practices and initiatives
**Knowledge and skills requirement**
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, data structures, reporting and use.
- Very good IT/technical background, including knowledge of Relational databases, programming skills.
- Extensive experience working between IT/Business /Marketing.
- Strategic skills to develop long-term visions and the ability to translate them into actionable roadmaps that are broadly accepted.
- Proven project management skills.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to work to aggressive deadlines, manage constraints and coordinate multiple complex projects and initiatives at one time.
- Excellent written English including ability to develop high-quality program materials/toolkits
**Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree related to IT, Business or Marketing
