**About Intrepid**

**The role**
Intrepid is a holistic marketing partner for consumer brands across all digital channels. We are “conversion-focused” and our services span the entire spectrum from traffic & lead generation (Google, YouTube, Facebook ads), retail media (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok ads) and content marketing (livestreaming & influencers on TikTok and marketplaces). Our team continues to develop our advanced inhouse omni-channel MarTech solutions (customer & campaign management, automated optimization & real-time reporting) which give us an edge in the market. This solution has significant potential as a SaaS solution for brands, agencies etc.

We are looking for a MarTech Business owner who can drive forward our marketing tech solution as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. Teaming up with our in-house marketing team, Product Manager and development teams and talking to potential clients, your role is to shape the product vision and roadmap that will help us to best serve the needs of internal and external customers. This is a leadership role in our Marketing team that offers the amazing opportunity to shape the final product and then bring it to market and develop and own a business unit.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand and establish ways of working, challenges and corresponding improvement opportunities for a software solution of our in-house marketing team, and external agencies and leading consumer brands
- Based on these discussions, work together with our business development teams and other MarTech focused companies in the Ascential group to identify the biggest opportunities and craft our unique positioning to the market
- Understand the best practices of other MarTech focused companies in the Ascential group (collectively e.g. managing >10% of global ad spend on Amazon and a strong footprint in China)
- Translate this into a product vision, with prioritized requirements across the different customer groups (internal and external) leading to a development roadmap with milestones and process/outcome metrics
- Business Development: based on your established understanding of the market, develop our MarTech software business by pitching clients our solutions. PnL ownership possible

**Who we are looking for**
- Good communicator, able to ask the right question to understand ways of working and bottlenecks (e.g. consulting background), high EQ and able to bond with people, good presentation skills
- Analytical skills (structured thinker, problem solver, solid excel skills). Ability to structure and prioritize a lot of information and sometimes contradictory inputs and translate this into actionable insights, requirements and plans (product vision > plan > business)
- Team management experience, both direct and indirect, ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Project management - ability to define roadmap and oversee timely and successful delivery (together with PM)
- Business Development, Account management & business management - Senior stakeholder management skills, business acumen, financially literate, negotiating skills
- Team player, confident yet humble, fun vibe & kind personality, good fit with our culture
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English

**Great to haves**
- Experience in performance marketing execution & management (agency, brand), Ecommerce, or SaaS in South East Asia
- Ex-management consultant
- Network of marketing stakeholders across brands and agencies in SEA
- Understanding of marketing ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)
