Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Business Development Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & lead the sales activities for Air Freight.
  • Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc
  • Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers.
  • Plan weekly sales calls
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers/customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc
  • Self-driven and responsible for the "P&L - Profit and Loss"
  • Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
  • Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience logistics
  • Hunter Mindset and ability to lead a team


Additional Information

  • Location: Central Singapore District
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Up to 9k basic (depending on experience).
