The personnel is responsible for business development, managing key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
**Job Responsibilities: - Analyse market / customer needs to determine the prevalent trends (e.g. technology trend), dynamics & market movements- Analyse potential business opportunities / new market expansion
- Develop sales proposals/tender documents
- Perform administrative support for project management processes
- Maintain customer relationship & resolve customer conflicts
- Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirements
- Propose ways to eliminate gaps & weaknesses in supply chain operations
- Preferably two (2) years of experiences in sales / business development field
- Strong communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal skills
- Customeroriented mindset
- Able to work independently
