What you will be doing

Manage account from prospection stage to customer care

  • Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospect and customers
  • Assist outside sales with punctual visits to customer whenever needed
  • Assist Regional Account Managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Manage the relationship of existing key accounts by proactively anticipating their needs
  • Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment before transmission to Middle Office
  • Participate with Customer Business Solution (CBS) in the implementation plan of Bollore Logistics commitments
  • Provide customer feedback to middle office for continuous improvement which includes optimize sales by offering additional services
  • Maintaining rates validity with customers

Handle Quotations/ SOP and transfer to Customer Operation Support

  • In charge of replying to customer with quotation within a limited timeframe which include:
  • Advise customer on transport (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing )
  • Review routing provided by MO
  • Carry out quotation
  • Set validity
  • Insure Terms and Conditions are included
  • Ensure quotation reminders to customer
  • For validated quotes, participate to the setup of customer's accounts as per country procedures
  • Establish and update SOPs as per customer's needs
  • Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Customer Operation Support (COS)

Monitor customer satisfaction experience and Bolloré Logistics performance

  • Review of Bolloré Logistics commitments with customer (project review), conduct gap analysis at operational and financial level vs. original project/budget and act upon found gaps
  • For larger accounts, ensure as well all required weekly/monthly KPI reports are accurately provided to customer
  • Contribute to measure internal KPIs with COS to narrow operational gaps and offer a better service to the customer
- (In absence of relevant contract manager for key or global account), in charge of monitoring operational performance VS. contractual commitment and preparing and reporting in view of QBR (Quarterly Business Review).

  • Assist in implementation of services for the new service / project proposed
  • Assist in implementation of new customer requirements on existing operations

Ensure resolution of complains

  • Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with concerned parties

Others

  • KPI: Consolidation and preparation of KPIs for final validation by RAM/HOV/HFO
  • Handle presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree & Above or relevant working experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bid / tender management, and minimum 3 years in Transportation / Logistics industry
  • Experience in a fast paced and dynamic MNC environment
  • Experience in freightforwarding industry
  • Experience in logistics/warehousing business
  • Pricing and market knowledge of Asia Pacific region
  • Ability to interpret company's strategy and transfer into proposals and bids to uncover new opportunities
Ability to read, interpret and analyse RFI and RFQ documents in a timely manner

  • Independent Team Player and able to work under pressure
  • Results driven, customeroriented and meticulous
  • Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, multitask, assign, follow and control)
  • Excellent analytical, planning and numeric skills
