Job Descriptions:
- Conduct research on local and international market to identify potential product/ service opportunities
- Identify niche market and untapped opportunities
- Evaluate potential partners/clients based on opportunities and financial gains
- Develop market entry strategies, tactics and determine distribution channels to generate leads
- Assess feasibility and availability of potential products/services and keep track of all business opportunities
- Stay updated in industry development, competition and regulatory changes
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing partners and client
- Determine pricing of service/product per client requirements
- Provide reports on costbenefit analysis
- Writing business proposals, drafting and reviewing clients' contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and leverage resources
- Monitor team sales and business lead status
- Keep track records of sales and revenue
- Understand the company business products and its value proposition
- Manage the collection and disbursement of leads
- Work with management team to monitor team's performance and create remuneration for business development team
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Eventually training sales team into valuable salespeople
- Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Relevant working experience in financial service industry is desirable but not a must
- Strong business acumen and experience with value selling
- Strong knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- An ambitious and natural drive to develop business relationships
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate a strong sale team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Sound financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
