Job Description


  • Drive the development of new charity merchandise including sourcing and procurement
  • Conduct market research, and identify new market opportunities and customer needs for charity merchandise
  • Develop and implement outreach, marketing and sales strategies in B2B and B2C channels
  • Develop and produce relevant marketing collaterals, and work across various teams to engage different stakeholders.
  • Work closely with MarCom team to manage content creation for website and social media to increase visibility of merchandise and engagement of customers and donors
  • Organise and attend events to create greater awareness and visibility such as school talks, conferences, seminars, receptions, road shows and exhibitions
  • Contribute to the development of the overarching marketing plans and strategies
  • Support fundraising and sponsorship especially in areas of individual and corporate giving
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to supervisor and Executive Director
  • Perform any specific projects provided by supervisor and Executive Director from time to time

Requirements


  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree, proficient in design, familiar with Canva or other design applications.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
