- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in Southeast Asia, conducting financial feasibility studies and due diligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with regional portfolio goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including JV partners, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor asset performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for senior management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to maximize financial performance
- Identify and evaluate asset enhancement initiatives to optimize portfolio valueKey Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and real estate development
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
