We are currently working with an international Real Estate Developer focusing on a diverse real estate asset class, seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President for Business Development, with the position based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for Hospitality real estate properties across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and cultivate opportunities, as well as generate leads for new projects.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for upcoming projects and offer recommendations for both existing and emerging markets.
- Spearhead strategic projects crucial to the company\'s overall growth.
- Formulate, oversee, and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at effectively targeting potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide support in the preparation of proposals for bids/tenders and other necessary documentation for deal approval.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for potential deals to assess risks and suitability.
- Aggregate market intelligence and maintain comprehensive research resources for relevant expansion markets.
- Foster productive working relationships with property consultants and research firms.
- Establish and sustain a robust network within the real estate and hospitality sectors to facilitate efficient prospecting.

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Investment, or consultancy within the Hospitality Industry.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Display responsibility, organization, self-motivation, and a keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven and capable of operating within tight timelines.
- Willingness to travel, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 50%.
