What the role is:
The AI Verify Foundation (AIVF) is an open-source foundation under IMDA.

Our mission is to grow a community of industry partners, policy makers, developers and researchers to contribute to the use and development of AI testing.

This will contribute to Singapore and the world\'s ability to harness the transformative potential of AI, while mitigating its potential risks.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the growing team.

They will drive ecosystem development through business development and strategic partnerships, marketing and community building, to promote and develop AIVF\'s products (AI Verify and Project Moonshot).Why joinRare opportunity to join a growing start-up team in government, to impact the fast-growing responsible AI fieldBe part of a transforming team to strategise, refine and execute the AIVF strategy for the next boundOpportunity to work with, and grow network with leading industry, public sector agencies and policy makers globallyWhat you will be working onBusiness development and strategic partnershipsStrategise and execute plan to have corporate end-users and solution providers adopt or contribute to AIVF\'s products.

This includes sourcing leads through working with partners to curate events or programmes targeted at decision makers.
Qualify inbound leads as initial point of triage for corporates. Regular engagement with corporates and multipliers (e.g. cloud service providers, trade associations) and develop opportunities to deepen partnershipsMarketingStrategise and execute impactful marketing and communication plans to grow the AIVF brand and awareness and interest in AI testing.

Key focus will be on content strategy to develop and deliver strong narratives and compelling content (e.g., user stories, thought leadership articles), for LinkedIn, eDM and website channelsManage these channels to engage our diverse stakeholders, use data to plan, measure and improve effectiveness while leveraging creative/media agencies to amplify effortsCommunity buildingStrategise and execute plan to build up and engage a community of developers, industry partners and policy makers to contribute to AIVF\'s products and inform best practices for AI testing.

This includes working with vendors to amplify efforts on this frontWhat we are looking forHold Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Understanding and interest in AI, its applications and risks, ethics and governance is a strong plusMinimum 5 years of experience in a business development, strategic partnerships, marketing or community building role, with a focus on enterprise or developer products.

Have the structure and experience to set up key foundational activities to drive product adoption, community and thought leadershipExcellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to the laymanStrong stakeholder management skills to work with local and overseas partners and stakeholdersTeam player who can work independently and energised by the greyness of a start-up environment.
