Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in Partner Management and/or Business Development.
  • Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) markets.

  • Experience with Web 3.0 technologies and concepts such as blockchains, digital assets, Dapps, and/or Cryptocurrency.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience managing and growing relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.

    • Experience building and scaling go-to-market programs across a large number of external partners and/or customers.

      About the jobAs the Web3 Ecosystem Initiatives Lead, you will drive at-scale initiatives to attract and recruit Web 3.0 technology partners (e.g., developer platforms, layer 2 scaling solutions, independent software vendors, etc.) to Google, and work with these partners to influence developers and companies in the ecosystem to build on Google Cloud. You will design and execute initiatives with partners that will establish Google Cloud as a preferred destination for Web 3.0 developers.

      In this role, you'll manage a diverse set of stakeholders ranging from Product and Engineering leadership to Sales. You will drive partnerships using your direct insight into the vendor and industry trends of the cloud ISV ecosystem.Google Cloud accelerates organizations’ ability to digitally transform their business with the best infrastructure, platform, industry solutions and expertise.       Responsibilities
    • Work with peer teams across Product and Go-To-Market to establish the partner strategy for Web 3.0 and the priorities that will determine recruitment and partner development focus.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute initiatives for Web 3.0 partners and venture capitalists to make Google the preferred cloud destination for developers and companies in the ecosystem.
Manage recruitment of partners in the ecosystem and resolve day to day issues to drive streamlined onboarding.
Drive thought leadership and other at-scale initiatives to recruit Web 3.0 platforming and tooling companies into Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem. Act as an advocate of Google Cloud while engaging with the ecosystem.
Be the point of contact for select Web 3.0 partners around all key areas, drive new partnerships, and support product integrations and go-to-market.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
