Senior HR Business Partner/HR Director- APAC

As part of their ambitious growth plan, the team has created a HR business Partner position to lead their Singapore and APAC people agenda.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director and global Chief HR Officer, this position will play a leadership role in talent agenda supporting Singapore and region providing both operational and strategic focus in full spectrum of employee lifecycle such as (but not limited to) employee engagement and relations, talent development and performance management, total rewards as well as diversity and inclusive best practices. To thrive in this position, the individual will have a track record of success in managing operational excellence of HR activity in Singapore and regionally with commercial acumen to provide high quality people management solutions, guiding the regional leadership and global HR teams as an effective business partner.
