Qashier is looking for an amazing Business Development Manager (POS) to support our growth
We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales team. Well provide the leads youll meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchants to acquire and onboard them unto Qashier. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale (POS), payment systems and B2B sales, this role might be for you.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales and referrals.
- Recommending the best solution to merchants and closing deals: Youll act as a trusted adviser with each merchant, working with them to establish their business goals and recommending the best solution to achieve those goals.
- Assist with onboarding of new merchants: Onboarding of new merchants involve setting up and deploying the Qashier system according to each merchants requirements. As the initial point of contact, youll be working closely with the Account Management team to onboard new merchants according to their requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales and/or POS and payments systems.
- Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail spaceStrong interpersonal skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants.
- Outgoing with good bilingual oral skillsHighly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn.
