We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
