Are you a problem-solver who thrives on providing exceptional service? We're looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist If you're skilled in handling customer interactions and passionate about continuous improvement, this.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 30-60 incoming calls daily, with mailbox inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective follow-ups.
- Address escalations and complaints professionally through service recovery calls to deliver positive outcomes.
- Contribute to raising service standards and quality through feedback and improvements.
- Singaporean, with a minimum qualification of a Diploma or A-Levels.
- Experience in call centers, direct sales, or customer-facing roles .
- Strong skills in handling escalations and de-escalating complaints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be part of a performance-driven team.
- Develop your customer engagement and problem-solving skills.
