**Job Overview:** Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Call Centre Assistant to join our team. As a Call Centre Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries/complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Nitec qualification and above.
- Previous call centre experience/Customer Service or order processing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
