Customer Support officer, Call Centre

Working Hours: Shift-based, 5 days/week (42.5 hrs)
- 1 rest day + 1 off day;
- 3 shift timings;
- Overtime may be required based on workload.
- Handle inbound calls for account servicing, campaigns, product, and helpdesk inquiries;
- Follow up on case resolutions and customer requests;
- Ensure compliance with group control standards and confidentiality policies.
- Minimum ITE or 'O' levels and above;
- Experience in call centers, banking, or customer service is a plus;
- Positive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and passion for service;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
- Good communication skills and customer centric focus;
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Willing to work staggered/rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays for 24/7 operations is a must.
