Tele Agent (Audit) (Non sales related)
Job Description & Requirements:
Roles & Responsibilities
This position does research related to the aduit and compliance SOP required for each calls. Manage key events, and adminstrative matters relating to clearing the audit. You will be expose to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills.
Specific Responsibilities
-To assist with the execution of the calls based on the SOP in general
- Work closely with the company managment and manage tasks
- Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, System, Website usage)
- SOP to key in data and operations.
- To trigger to management when SOP is not in order.
- Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule
- 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place)
- Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.
- Training will be provided, good job to gain experience. Learn to have good co-ordinating skills.
Competencies
1. Self-independence, work with min-supervision.
2. Able to follow SOPs
3. Able to apply some logic thinking
4. Excel and using computer systems
Duration of role:
12 months
