Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance, information, and support.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recording details of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals and targets.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
