About UsFortress Law is a dynamic and client-focused law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services with excellence and integrity. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team and support the firm's administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Finance: Handle billing, invoicing, payment processing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
• Human Resources: Manage staff onboarding, employee claims, and other HR-related functions.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with new client intake, conflict checks, and file opening procedures.
• Administrative Support: Maintain office records, e-filing of court documents, manage correspondence, liaise with vendors, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to lawyers and management as needed.
• Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services setting is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal practice management software is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
